Open plan kitchen / dining /living area

In the open plan kitchen there is a table which accommodates 6-8 people easily. One may eat inside and enjoy the views from the full length double patio doors over the valley or dine outside on the patios.

Should you wish to stay inside the house, there is a flat screen HD TV with an extensive range of DVDs. These may only be necessary during the winter when one wishes to light the open fire with the locally sourced wood logs.

The living room has a four seater bed/sofa which is fully sprung.

Utility Room

There is a downstairs utility room/toilet which houses the washing machine/tumble dryer.

Bathroom

Upstairs there is a substantial bathroom with a power shower, toilet and bidet.

Master bedroom

The Master Bedroom has vaulted beamed ceilings and a king size cast iron bed. There are bedside tables, a beautiful dresser with mirror, double wardrobe and blanket box/window seat – all made from chestnut. From the dual aspect windows you can enjoy the panoramic views of the valley and a view of the pool and dining terrace and vines.

Bedroom 2

The Second Bedroom has twin cast iron beds, which can also be made up into a double bed. This bedroom has vaulted beamed ceilings, a chestnut dresser and a double wardrobe. The second bedroom looks out over the vegetable garden, the vines, the drive, the Cypress tree lined drive and the private pool.
